Rejoice! I will say it again, Rejoice!

"...I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you; He is Christ the Lord." Luke 2:10-11

It's Christmas time... what a great time of year to really spread cheer, joy and love! Although we should do it all year long, something about Christmas really stirs my soul to go out and remind people that we have the most wonderful reason to rejoice... "She will give birth to a son, and you are to give Him the name Jesus, because He will save His people from their sins."

Corissa, Jessie, Kim, Brittany, and myself put on our best red and green outfits and headed out to bring some music, excitement, love and homemade bookmarks to the precious folks at Britthaven. We cruised the halls and lounges while singing Christmas carols that remind us all of family, fun, food, and most of all... Jesus. Some of the ladies sang along with us, some were a little confused, and a couple of them followed us around in their wheelchairs until it was time for us to go. It was a blessing to see the smiles on their faces!

So don't forget to spread the cheer and the reason for the season. Holiday shmoliday... IT'S CHRISTMAS!
