As you can see above, it was our niece's 5th birthday! Emily is quite the popular chick at school, so popular and cute that she had 25 friends at this special event, including quite the secret admirer that goes by the name of Luke (he's harmless Grampy). The festivities included a water balloon fight, a Spongebob pinata (which Brad cracked open over the heads of the kiddies and caused pounds of candy to dump on a poor, innocent bystanding girl... she cried), Uncle Jesse and Nana rolling everyone around the yard in the wheel, face painting by yours truly, a huge inflatable jumping thing, and an endless supply of scrumptous food. For those of you who couldn't attend (being in Denmark, Myrtle Beach, Boone, or anywhere else isn't an excuse... JK), you really missed out. Emily was blessed with a gazillion gifts and lots of love. Rachel was an amazing host and is a totally incredible mom!!! Good times at the Beacham's... good times.
